Using the term "Mental Health" rather than "Mental Illness"

The term "illness," when addressing mental health brings negativity to helping your mental state, whereas "health" brings a positive connotation to the term. 


Health: Helping yourself and others increase overall well-being. 


Illness: A sickness or disease that cannot be cured.
